These terms apply to your use of gmanov.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is the personal website and blog of Georgi Manov, Sofia, Bulgaria (contact: georgi.manov@gmail.com). It is provided free of charge. No goods or services are sold through the Site.

2. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all texts, images, graphics and design on the Site are © Georgi Manov and protected by copyright. You may read, share links to, and quote short excerpts from the content if you credit the source with a link to the original page. Any other copying, republishing or commercial use requires my prior written permission.

Code snippets published in blog posts are there for learning. You may use them in your own projects, including commercial ones, unless a post states a different license. They come with no warranty.

Third-party trademarks, logos and names mentioned on the Site belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not imply any endorsement.

3. No professional advice

The content reflects my personal views and experience and is provided for general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical or training advice. Opinions are my own and do not represent any current or former employer. Check any information before relying on it, especially before using code in production or following sport and training content.

I try to keep the content accurate and up to date, but I do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors. The Site is provided "as is", and I may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time without notice.

5. External links

The Site contains links to third-party websites. I do not control them and I am not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its admin area or its infrastructure;
• disrupt the Site, overload it or run automated scraping that affects its availability;
• send unlawful, abusive, automated or spam messages through the contact form or any other contact channel.

7. Messages

If you contact me through the contact form or by email:

• make sure the details you give are your own and that your email address is correct;
• please do not send sensitive personal data (for example health data) or confidential information you are not allowed to share;
• sending a message does not create a contract or any obligation for me to reply, although I try to answer every genuine message;
• you keep all rights to what you write. You allow me to use it only to read and reply to your message.

I may delete messages that break these terms without replying. How messages are stored and for how long is explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects the rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes will be decided by the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria. This does not apply where mandatory law gives consumers the right to go to court in their own country.

11. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. By continuing to use the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
